I’ve written other posts here on my blog with humorous branding that somehow slipped through the net. Here’s another great example of people not spotting the blindingly obvious soon enough!
I understand that the new logo for the Office of Government Commerce was already being implemented across stationery, signage, mousemats and pens before being announced to staff who spotted the blunder within minutes.
Managers are said to have taken a firm grip on the situation. A quick bit of rebranding was done to roll out a revised logo that was checked from all angles to ensure there were no outstanding problems.
